Local Barber inspires students - Bridgwater & Taunton College

Each year Barbering students at Bridgwater College take part in a College barbers photographic competition. This year’s competition was judged by local barber, Josh Fisher.

The annual competition is designed to give the barbers an understanding of the importance of recording their skills progress using different methods of media as well as the valuable experience of working with photographers. The winner of this year’s competition was Sinead April Watts, who received a certificate and a £50 prize from Josh Fisher.

Josh Fisher, owner of Bridgwater’s premier hair salon of the same name added,

“It was a pleasure to have been asked by Richard to judge this year’s competition and to be part of the barber’s achievements. The standard was excellent, it was a very difficult choice. Congratulations to all the barbers that took part this year, each of them demonstrated some excellent skills.”
