GCSE helpline is back to help you!

With GCSE results day on Thursday 21 August, staff at Bridgwater College are busy preparing for the hundreds of queries they usually receive from concerned GCSE students and their parents.

In addition to the telephone helpline which the College operates at this time of year, it will also be running an online chat facility, which can be accessed through the College website, under Info & Guidance on the homepage, and enables people to use an instant messaging facility to communicate with our qualified Information and Guidance Team regarding their results or other queries.

Admissions and Guidance Manager, Fiona Henman said,

“We have been running the online chat facility for over two years now and are finding that it is a very popular method of communication. The College phone lines are even busier than usual on GCSE results day, so we encourage people to engage in online chat with our staff if they can’t get through.”

The helpline and chat facility will open at 9am until 4.30pm on Thursday 22 August and 9am until 4pm on Friday 23 August. Call 01278 441220 or use the live chat facility.
