Neil, who has been a member of the AAT for 25 years and has worked at the College for the past 11, won the award for his personal commitment to the promotion of ethics within the accounting profession.

The judges commented that he had led by example through frequent and pro-active interactions with the AAT on how professional ethics can be made a more accessible topic for the younger learner in particular, and AAT students in general.

Neil said,

“I was honoured and humbled to receive the award and it consolidated my belief that, with the support of an excellent small team around me, we do send high quality, well-prepared, accounting technicians out into the work place.”
