Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at those who want a professional qualification in reflexology and to extend their skills as a therapist. An interview will be required.
What does the course involve?
The history, theory and practice of reflexology. Learners will be shown a full routine for use in case study work, and will cover chart work and hand reflexology. Learners may need to complete assignments on the principles and practice of complementary therapies and business practice depending on the qualifications they already hold.

Learners will be working in fully equipped clinic rooms and studying at a professional level, which is recognised as acceptable entry requirements onto the professional register of Complementary Therapists.
Learners will need to confirm that they are fit to complete the course. Learners will need a practical kit including towels and a professional uniform, this will be discussed at interview.
What are the assessment methods?
Assessment will be by case studies, assignments, question papers and practical assessments.
Are there any additional costs for the course?
In addition to tuition fees there will be a cost of £25 for a uniform and learners may also be required to purchase a text book at a cost of approx. £30.
What are the progression options?
City & Guilds Diploma in Aromatherapy, Certificate in Indian Head Massage or Diploma in Reiki.
