Who is the course for?
Feel like a new challenge? Why not try Back to Badminton? This 10 week course is led by friendly qualified coaches and will include weekly skills based activities with the emphasis on fun. Badminton can be hugely sociable and enjoyable and is great way to kickstart a new healthy activity.
What does the course involve?
The course will include specific skills based activity each week focussing on specific strokes as well including a chance to play the game with a group who are all of a similar standard.
What makes this course special?
This is an ideal opportunity to learn (or relearn) how to play badminton spending time practising serves, fore and backhand strokes as well as drop shots and smashes. We have really well qualified coaches who will bring on your game enabling you to progress.
An enthusiasm to try out badminton or pick up the game again after an absence is all that is required. It is ideal for beginners and those that would describe themselves as ‘rusty!’

You will be given feedback each week on an on-going basis.
