Who is the course for?

This course is for anyone interested in becoming better able to manage their own levels of stress or who feel they might benefit from an insight into mindfulness in order to support others with coping mechanisms for stress.

What does the course involve?

This course will include theorhetical and practical sessions and provide lots of time to put your theory into practice. You will be practising with others in the group.

What are the assessment methods?

There are no formal assessments but you will be given feedback by your tutor to help you learn and then master some mindfulness techniques.

There are other courses available in college to help support mental health including weekly yoga sessions.
