Who is the course for?
This course provides managers and key supervisors with an excellent grounding in HACCP principles and methodology, enabling them to gain the necessary understanding and awareness to design and implement an effective HACCP system.
Ideally all HACCP team members should complete this course before commencing a HACCP study.
A Level 2 qualification in food hygiene would be helpful, but is not essential.
How long is the course?
This is a three day course and training can be delivered either at the College or in the workplace.
