The Restaurant department at Bridgwater & Taunton College is committed to providing the highest level of hospitality services and customer satisfaction.

Staff and students visit our Blackboard pages for daily menus at each of the Restaurant's outlets.

The Restaurants cater not only for College students and employees, but also provide hospitality and service to customers at the College for conferences, meetings and events.

They are staffed by highly skilled and trained individuals, and have been awarded a five star rating from the Environmental Health Department.

The menus available have been compiled using feedback from customers, reflecting their diverse needs, and can be bespoke according to your requirements. Where possible we source the finest ingredients locally through local suppliers and manufacturers and use fairly traded products and organic produce:

Classic Working Lunch £4pp

Sandwich platter with a selection of sandwiches (meat, fish and vegetarian fillings), savoury crisps, bite-size cake or fresh fruit pot.

Premier Working Lunch £5.50pp

Sandwich platter with a selection of sandwiches (meat, fish and vegetarian fillings), cheese twists, savoury crisps, mozzarella kebab, cake selection or fresh fruit pot.

Packed Lunch £4.50pp

Sandwich (up to price band E), packet of crisps, bottle of water, piece of fruit, snack item.

Ploughman’s Lunch £4.50pp

A pre-packaged ploughman’s lunch consisting of pork pie, cheese, crackers, salad garnish and grapes.

Jacket Potato Lunch £5.50pp

(Minimum order of 5, served on main sites only between 11.30am – 1.45pm).
Jacket potato served with tuna, cheese and coleslaw with accompanying salad, finished with a small fruit pot or bite-sized cake.

Bronze Buffet £6pp

Sandwich platte, crisps, hot mozzarella melts, mini sausage and onion turnover, falafel, chicken tulip and fruit kebab.

Silver Buffet £8pp

Sandwich platter, homemade quiche, southern fried chicken skewers, mango and brie parcels, Mediterranean skewers with pomodorino tomatoes, balsamic onions and Castelvetrano olives, pan fried chorizo sausage, shrimp in a rosti potato shell and Saint or Sinner (choose between a medley of seasonal fruit kebabs or bite size homemade cakes).

Gold Buffet £10pp

Medley of luxuriously filled polar bread roulades, hirarta buns and sandwiches, smoked salmon open sandwich, chicken kebabs, homemade vegetarian quiche, shrimp rosti, BBQ bourbon beef canapi, spinach, sweet potato and goat’s cheese canopy, mango and brie parcel, tapas of mixed olives, balsamic onions, and pomodorino tomatoes, fresh strawberry and marshmallow kebabs drizzled in chocolate, chocolate praline profiteroles.

Somerset Buffet £12pp

Selection of West Country wraps, homemade cheese and roasted tomato quiche, coronation stuffed eggs, goat’s cheese vol au vents, Proper Job sausage and chutney, chicken skewer, falafel, cheese and biscuits, dipped strawberries and Somerset cream scone.
